<p>Roon currently ships within Qatar only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are a locally rooted brand and are proud to serve customers across Qatar.</p>
<h2>Order Processing</h2>
<p>All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.</p>
<p>You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has been dispatched.</p>
<h2>Delivery Timeframes</h2>
<p>Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Qatar are:</p>

<li>Doha and surrounding areas: 1–2 business days</li>
<li>Other areas within Qatar: 2–4 business days</li>
</ul>
<p>Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.</p>
<h2>Shipping Fees</h2>
<p>Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram to stay updated.</p>
<h2>Order Tracking</h2>
<p>Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. If you have not received tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.</p>
<h2>Delivery Issues</h2>
<p>If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly. We ask that any damaged item reports be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item.</p>

<p>If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the item to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.</p>
